The all mighty Ebor Falls flowing at full force after a couple months worth of rain. You get a real sense of scale from the base of the falls, which descend 60 metres over columned basalt rock in two sections. Behind me, roughly 100 meters is the top of the lower Ebor Falls, which is around a 100 metre plunge into a steep forested gorge below. I couldn’t have asked for much more, the warm sun on my skin, crisp autumn breeze and the refreshing spray of water from the poweful falls. It’s simply incredible, and easily my favourite waterfall to explore and photograph!
