The Japanese bridge in Hoi An is a true work of art. The bridge is the most famous Japanese bridge in Vietnam, lit beautifully with ambient lanterns and colourful lights. It was constructed in the early 1600’s, and is the symbol of the past in a sleepy little Vietnamese town. Not only is a bridge, it’s also part of a temple, with shrines to numerous deities inside behind the walls. It is a popular location for couples to have their wedding photos taken.
