When you choose to view the Drew Hopper Photography site and purchase his products or service, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

This site and all information contained on this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, distributed, modified or used in any way without the prior consent of Drew Hopper Photography. You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on this site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies listed on this site.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Drew Hopper Photography reserves the right to change pricing, specifications and availability without notice.
Drew accepts PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer via Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account to order via PayPal. For more details, visit the PayPal website.
To ensure that each product is of the finest quality, Drew uses professional printing and framing specialists that print on the highest quality photographic paper available, which preserves the long life of your prints and is also outstanding in quality. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
For print orders please note that your print won’t start production until the funds have cleared in our account.
Once your order has been processed and sent off to the print lab Australian customers, please allow up to 4 weeks for your print to be delivered to you and International customers, please allow 4-6 weeks for your print to be delivered to you.
If there are any delays on your print, Drew will contact you and keep you up to date on its progress and the expected delivery date.
Return and Exchanges
Drew strives to provide quality products to make sure you are 100% satisfied with all products you purchase through Drew Hopper Photography’s online store. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, Drew will gladly accept the return of any product within 30 days since your purchase and supply the customer with a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the condition that you received it. If an item that you received is not what you expected or damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify Drew of your return and reason. Please also quote your invoice number and date of order.
*Please note that as each print/book is custom made there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns on Sale Items
Drew has a no return on sale item policy, so please make sure you are happy with your print choice before ordering.
Please Note: The best care has been taken to accurately represent the finished photograph in the online gallery, however due to web limitations and differences in individual user’s monitor settings, printed photograph colours may differ slightly from the photographs viewed on this website.
